"We enjoyed out short stay at the Freehand in Chicago. We were originally placed in a room on the 17th floor. However, the air conditioning wasn't working so they quickly moved us to another quad room on the 4th floor. The space worked great for my family of 4 adults. We also enjoyed talking with Selma at the bar while watching World Cup games."

"Surprise fees upfront when you book with third party sites like, Expedia. Expect to cough up a few hundred dollars before you even get to the elevator. "I liked the attention to us. Offering water bottles, wine, and snacks. I appreciate the staff holding onto our luggage while we waited to be checked in. "Beautiful hotel and very close to everything. The room was very spacious and clean. The robes were a cute touch. I also appreciate the bottled water and prosecco.
