"Even during renovations, this is one of my and my wife's favorite places to stay. We've been there multiple times going back over the past 20 years. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Due to the renovations we were given a room upgrade that was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The food was outstanding. My only regret is that people don't dress for an elegant dinner like they used to. My wife and I and one other couple were dressed for the occasion. But that's not the hotel's fault."

"We always enjoy our stay here. Every room has a fireplace & jacuzzi tub. A wonderful breakfast is included. We had dinner at the bar & we had nice conversation with, James, the bartender. All the staff is very friendly. We always enjoy sitting on the wrap around porch, relaxing & looking at the mountains. The inn is within walking distance to Jackson Village."
