Very quick check in but clerk not always available after check in. Rang bell for service several times with no response. Room had no mini frig. For the price we paid we expected that amenity. Facility needed updating. Breakfast was average but very friendly employees.

I will look into this matter. I am so sorry you could not get anyone at desk. We only have a select few fridges available. They are in our King Studies. I am working on getting them in all our rooms. Thanks for your patience.

When we arrived the sheets on the bed looked like they had not been changed (looked slept in). We asked for and received clean sheet and changed them ourselves. The rest of the room looked as if it had had a light, quick cleaning many times with no attention to detail in a LONG time. Standing water in the bathtub.

It is an older hotel, but we pride ourselves in keeping the property clean and presentable. I understand the old restaurant is an eyesore. I do apologize for that. We hope someone buys it and puts it to good use. Best wishes to you.

It was very quiet while we were there (middle of spring break) so I expected for it to be loud. Even during breakfast when everyone was getting food the staff did amazing at keeping up and making sure there was enough food out. My only complaint would be that the pool was very cold for an indoor pool and it was hard to catch someone at the front desk any time after 3pm. Other than that we had a fantastic stay.

There was not shampoo/conditioner/body wash- elevator went out the first night we were there and we were on third floor. My sister has bad knees and the stairs caused some problems

this is the second time I have stayed at this hote. It's fine for one night stay. The room itself is clean but the hallway and evelevator look like they have not been swept in a while. It has everything I need, microwave and mini fridge so I give it 3 stars.

We arrived and we’re told that we didn’t have a reservation. Then I looked it up, and he said their keys aren’t working so we were unable to get our hotel.
