"It was horrible 😡 We walked in the room and it was definitely dirty. There was dirty sheets on the bed and no blanket, there was pee on the toilet the jacuzzi tub was dirty and unsanitary. We had no remote to the tv and no phone in the room.... WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN "

"Booked last minute due to needing a longer stay and the other hotel couldn’t accommodate. So glad we did! Fantastic hotel. Clean, warm, inviting and all the staff were excellent. The hotel restaurant hands down has some of the best food I’ve eaten in a long time. Highly recommend. "

"Very nice especially for the price. Staff was very polite and there were several breakfast options. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative thing was little water pressure in the shower. Everything else was great. Also, there were pics of a hot tub that's no longer there. "

"Stayed here while visiting a family member at U of M Hospital. Only stayed to sleep and shower. Convenient and easy to get back and forth. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. I have to say that the room and bathroom were one of the cleanest I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. And that’s something that is very important to me when traveling. The hotel isn’t the newest and fancy but the cleanliness makes up for it. I always say I only need clean and comfortable and this place met my needs very well. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town. "

"Things were ok until we lost power due to a winter storm, staffs were courteous and trying to help customers whatever they could. Facility did not have a backup power or portable flashlights for customers. Spent a day & night in dark, no backup lights in the stairways; it was fully dark. I had to rely on my cell phone's flash light to climb up and down from level 4, not a good experience."

"Fridge did not work, but staff was very accommodating in switching rooms. The hot tub was out of order so we were allowed to use the one next door. The only reason for the cleanliness rating is that when we pulled the fridge out from the cabinet to check it, there was a lot of dust. The rest of the room was very clean. I would have no issue with booking here again. "
