"Positively phenomenal -starting with the outstanding service at the front desk. They were attentive, polite, courteous and sincere. Immaculate room -every area was spotless and beautifully appointed with high end furnishings and finishes. The amenities of hot coffee/tea selections as well as cocoa and cider, spa, turn-town service too. Phenomenal restaurant too. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Rusty Parrot. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Homewood Suites. The staff was so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us with plans. The hot tub is wonderful and the airport shuttle was such a nice perk. Hotel is so clean and the breakfast was very nice. Will definitely stay again! "

"Two hot tubs made it nice to be able to have adult hot tub time. Breakfast was good with lots of options and a good time window. Rooms with the lofts were comfy and fun. Close to a few good restaurants. Staff was very very friendly. "

"Super charming cabin for our three-night stay! We really enjoyed how close it was to downtown and Snow King Mountain—very convenient for getting around. A couple small drawbacks: the shower only had a half door, so water tended to splash out, and the beds were just average in comfort. Overall, though, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."

"Front desk people were so helpful and nice. Parking was easy, the room was wonderful, absolutely loved the layout. It was very clean, loved the location. It was quiet, lots of animal sightings, yet so close to town. "

"I’m am not impressed we stayed here two nights and the hot water ran out with one bath and we had 5 people in our party. The faucet was leaky kept my girls up the first night. The room was clean so that’s a plus "

"We had the room with the king size bed, sofa and fireplace and loved it. Was excellent and very clean. "

"This hotel was overall a great experience, nice location, friendly staff, easy parking. The one thing I would say if that there are a few repairs that could be done to spruce up the rooms. Some visible mold around the bathtub and our vent in the bathroom was hanging on my one nail. Other than that it was great! I would definitely come back."
