"Sunnyside Knoll is an older property so I felt as if I had stepped back in time. The back window had a view of rocks and trees so I didn't even have to go outside to be reminded that I was in the forest. The bathroom has been updated and the unit (half of a duplex) was very clean and comfortable. Towels were large and fluffy. Though this unit is close to the highway, there was no road noise. I would definitely stay there again."

"Gorgeous property, very tastefully decorated. The space is not large, but was very usable and had everything we could need. We loved the extra touches like coffee, bathrobe, information about things to do in steamboat. Our only complaint would be the pullout couch, the bed was very uncomfortable. But we loved this property!"

"The condo needs to be remodeled. Carpet is worn in places. Knobs for the hot and cold water in tub come off and you need to hold them on to turn on and off the water. Tv remote did not have batteries in it for back bedroom. They came and put in new batteries but still could not get tv in that room to work. Very dark and dimly lit. They could at least put in LED bulbs. No elevator had to walk up to 3rd floor "

"In a great area - close to restaurants and has a bus stop right next to parking lot to get to slopes. Hot tub was in good condition and easy to walk to. "The view from the balcony was great, there were so many options for restaurants that were less than a 10 minute walk. We went hiking the whole weekend and there were so many free/cheap entrances to numerous trails.
