"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RT Lodge. Staff was fantastic! They were all well put together polite and were there to help you with anything that you needed. The restaurant was delicious and had new things for us to try! The Lodge is nestled in the woods in Maryville, it was a great location that made you feel away when you were in the city."

"Elevators were out and no communication on when they would be fixed and no 1st floor rooms. We should have just cancelled staying there as someone in our party has bad knees. There was no attempt to get us a 1 st floor for any of the nights."

The shuttle driver took me back and forth to try to rent a car. Offered to take me to get food. I only stay at this Hampton Inn when i do travel out of the airport. Close enough to places to walk and get some food without having to worry about getting on the main highway. They are always clean and always Daily coffee and...

"This place is TERRIBLE! We arrived at 7 PM and our room still wasn’t ready. The front desk told us they were having issues with housekeeping and that the bed wasn’t made, but it would be “10 minutes.” Twenty minutes later, the room was finally done — and it was still NOT clean. There was no shampoo, the room was dirty, and they do not clean your room during your stay. If you want fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the front desk, and they only give you one set of towels for...

"The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. "

"This was our second time staying at Treemont. Our requirements for a hotel stay are simple. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff. The newly renovated room was clean, the air and heat excellent, plenty of fresh towels, daily housekeeping, and every single staff member was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Renovations continue to this gem of a property and I look forward to our next stay. I can't wait to see this property restored to its former glory. "

"The village is beautiful and the staff very helpful. Wonderful place to spend a few days and unwind. Room was immaculate and very charming. Landscaping was so beautiful and attention to detail was noticeable. The food at dinner was very inadequate and substandard. It was served and done in 35 minutes. We were not offered any drinks or even shown a drinks menu. "

"We left at 0515, office was not open, pictures of room on expedia, was not the room i checked into, beds were clean, someone needs to scrub the bathtub, had a dirt ring. Not in a bad area, within walking distance to Walmart."
