"I stayed at 5 different accommodations during my visit to Japan, and Ryokan Plum was by far my favourite - it was a shame that I could only stay for one night! I stayed in the traditional tatami room, which exceeded all of my expectations. It was beautiful! The host (I forget her name) who greeted me upon my arrival was very kind and welcoming. "The Hotel location is really convenient. It is next to Gora station where the Hakone ropeway is. Hakone Open Air Museum and Hakone Gora Park are walkable as well. The staff are great, helpful and courteous, I arrived an hour before check in so left my bags and by the time I got back hours later, I just needed to get my keys and my bags are already in my room. "Family of four (with 8yo twins) stayed here in November 2025. It's a beautiful inn, comfortable and clean and quiet, with friendly staff and good food for breakfast and dinner. The bath is lovely -- staff help you book a time in the evening at check in, and it's available on a first come first served basis in the morning. Free shuttles up to Gora in the morning are also a bonus (although you'll have to get yourself to Asante in the afternoon/evening as they don't offer shuttles then). Overall a...

"ドミトリーの利用でしたが、とても快適に過ごせました♪ 朝食も美味しく、自慢のクラムチャウダーはおかわりしました 館内にはサイクルラックも多く、補給食などの自販機や自転車書籍もあり、とてもサイクルフレンドリーを感じる事ができました 朝早めの出発だったので、お風呂が6時から利用できて助かったのですけど、ラウンジのドリンクバーが7時からだったので、できれば6時30分から利用できれば嬉しかったです 伊豆方面にライド行く際にはまた利用したいと思います"
