cleaned and friendly staff, quiet and there was no noise. Negative : ocation if the hotel and old furniture, no any transportation near by , also, nothing near to hotel location, so, I don’t recommend to book in that hotel unless if you have car.

Excellent

Second time staying at this hotel and still the same high standard for everything, the only thing we suggest is that they can create a better and safe parking area for the guests staying at the hotel. Thanks

Güzel bir otel…

Şehir dışında çok fazla işim olmadı sebebiyle çok sayıda otel görüyorum. Otel, ulaşımı kolay, temiz, sessiz, sakin, güler yüzlü misafirperver personeli ile güzel bir otel.

Otel daha cok yolcu ve is adamlari icin.

Birinci gun oda kapisi bozuktu, bizi asiri sigara kokan bir odaya verdiler. Ikinci gun guya sigara icilmeyen 1. katta odaydi ama oda sigara kokuyordu. Odada sigara icilmez ikazi yoktu. Ucuncu gun odamiz temizlenmedi temizlik yapanlara soyledigimiz halde, yok efendim kart herhangi bir sekilde kapiya asilirsa odaya girilmezmis. Banyonun fani calismiyordu, dusda su birikim yapiyordu soyledigimiz halde mudahale edilmedi. Sikayetlerimizi genel mudure ilettik, ozur diledi, sigara konusuna tam hakim olamadiklarini bildirdi. Dorduncu gun bizi 1. katta bir suit odaya yerlestirdi. O gece sigara kokusuz yattik. Yanliz otelin iki tarafindan yogun trafik gectigi icin ses cok. Bizce otel 4 yildiz ve SPA bolumu olmasina ragmen rahatca dinlenmek icin uygun deyil malisef. Kahvalti mukemmeldi.

Hotel on outskirts of town.

The hotel is a bit isolated, car is necessary although taxis are inexpensive. Fairly new construction. Rooms are comfortable. Facilities closed due to Covid restrictions. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. Reasonable cost. If I was looking for a quiet comfortable location on the outskirts of Izmit Iwould stay again.
