The spa was great, the pool not as great as the sauna. The breakfast was really good! The staff was very nice and helpful. Do not stay in the rooms next to the lift as the noise levels from other guests is disturbing.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was good. The location is great and the rooms are spacious, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was enjoyable. However, the towels are old and should be replaced, and I personally didn’t like the carpeted flooring in the rooms.

Great hotel close to airport

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. They ordered our taxi and had it for us in about five minutes. The only thing that we wished was different was the pillows.

It was in a good location to use as a base for day tours, but front of house staff weren’t warm and welcoming to tourists. Walls are very thin so you can hear what next door is up to (sheesh!). Very “keep to yourself” type of hotel. Amenities weren’t fabulous either.

Very comfortable stay

Very spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. However there was no outlet available. Location is quite and only less than 10 minutes walking distance from the light train to downtown. I would certainly consider staying there again. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

Very nice hotel , nice staff , I prefer to book hotels who offers airport shuttle. This was one reason to book this hotel but unfortunately I was told that the shuttle is expensive 100 euros. Taxi was only 5 euros. They should not mention that 24hrs shuttle available. Secondly I booked the tour through hotel. The guide was not helpful. He was in hurry and hungry. He also make us pay for his food. Family was so annoyed that they wants to give 2 stars to hotel but the staff was nice so I give four star
