I have traveled to Izmir a few times now and this hotel is the best I have stayed at, the stuff are very friendly and helpful, when I arrived the hotel was full, after 2 days I was offered an upgrade to a bigger and better room, the service was excellent and will definitely be staying here again

I am very happy with this hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful, which made my stay really enjoyable. The location of the hotel is quiet, it is 5 minutes walking distance from the metro station "Sanayi". Great customer service and amenities. Easy access to areas of interest via metro, train, taxi. Excellent restaurant, market, spa, coiffeur, massage & spa on site. Areas of improvement: Fix and maintain the Gym and its equipment, the pool and billiards tables and equipment. Fix/maintain the power outlets in the room. With better preventive maintenance, this hotel could be a great place for short term and long term lodging.

Very noisy building, music played late hours and I assume drunk people, think this may be a student accommodation. Air conditioning never worked so room was very hot making it difficult to sleep, never had the chance to report this as was working long hours, just needed to sleep after work. Bed Matress very hard and not comfy. Restaurant food great with the room service
