"The hotel is a little run down and not all the amenities claimed were open. The room had a broken toilet seat and the bath drain closure was very dirty. Reception staff were standoffish and slow to service people however staff in restaurants and bars were lovely and friendly. The VIP lounge access was excellent to have."

"Good location with easy access to the city by bus. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The two main downsides were the breakfast, which was rather disappointing, and the shower water, which was barely warm during the first week of my stay. Fortunately, the hot water improved during my second week."

"We, two adults and two young children, had a great stay at Anixis Hotel. The small kitchen was good to have, so you could cook something if you didn't feel like eating out with two young kids. The staff where all very helpful and kind and came to check on us if everything was ok once we had checked into our apartment. The kids even received some gifts/toys from the hotel manager on the day of check out. It was a very good stay. The location was also good -walking distance 5 mins to the beach....
