"Rooms was clean the staff was amazing this is our favorite hotel to stay at in Jasper and it ant bad pricing either"

"We stayed for one night. One night of hardly any sleep. The first room we were given was a mess. I unlocked the door and someines shoes and personal items were in there. Bed wasnt cleaned after said person slept in it. Crackers and chocolate all over the floor and to top it all off he left us a nice present in the toilet..the front desk staff was amazing though and immediately gave us a new room. Cleaner but not by much. "

"Rooms were filthy/falling apart. The first room we went to, had poop and pee caped to the outside of the toilet. After asking them to clean it, they did not. Had our rooms switched. The next room didn’t have hot water, wasn’t as dirty, but in general pretty filthy. The second room also had cockroaches everywhere. All in all, a super disgusting, filthy hotel. Will never stay there again. "

"I felt like i was home. The owner welcomed us when we first arrived and made us feel like family. Conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay again. "
