"The room was very clean, it had all the usable products you beed. A kettle, tea and coffee was a bonus. The staff were friendly and most helpful. I would recommend it."

"Séjour de 9 nuits. Personnel très professionnel: les demandes sont toujours exaucées. Etablissement très propre . La chambre est très grande. La literie est de qualité. J'ai noté la bonne isolation intérieure. La cuisine est bien équipée: micro onde, gazinière, réfrigérateur , machine à laver; la vaisselle est un peu limitée. Certains ustensiles pourraient être changés néanmoins (poêle à frire). Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Proximité de la route 47 , artère principale de Salalah....

"Markt um die Ecke, pulsierendes Leben, Restaurants etc. alles in der Nähe, nur zum Strand wäre es zu Fuß zu weit. in den geräumigen Junior Suites hält man sich gerne auf. Vor allem arabische Besucher. "

"Excellent hotel with friendly, attentive staff. I spent 4 nights here. The room was spacious and very clean. Excellent housekeeping staff. Breakfast was excellent. Located near the big mosque which was nice to see. Highly recommended. "

"Given its 5-star rating, the hotel feels more like a lower 3-star establishment, with inadequate facilities and subpar aesthetics. The overall impression is that it's quite cheap. Furthermore, the room smelled unpleasant.I even complained twice, but nothing changed.I'm forced to continue sleeping in this unbearable situation. The water for the shower is just lukewarm, not even standard warm, so I can't enjoy a hot shower.The Staff is very friendly and helpful."

"I have stayed 5 nights, 23-28th May. Staff were kind, especially the young lady at reception. My room was facing the beach, and it was clean and spacious. The shower water pressure was weak. No AC in corridor on the floor where room was. The swimming pool is in the building NEXT to the hotel, and it is not well maintained. Outdoor maintenance can be improved. I had lunch once at the hotel and have a salad and a soup, which were tasty. Overall I would recommend this facility if you want to keep...
