The front desk manager Andy was so helpful and great he upgraded our room for free and apologized for hotels.coms’ mistake. It was very busy this weekend but everything worked out. "The property was clean and convenient. Although I was surprised at the price, it was one of the more affordable options. Not a big problem, but our tv didn’t connect properly to local cable and when we called the front desk, we were assured that someone would come up to help us and no one came to fix it. Not a big deal for us but if we had wanted to watch tv it would have required another call."
