Decepcionante e irrecomendável

Hotel com móveis deteriorados, já no hall de entrada há poltronas rasgadas e com aspecto de sujo. No quarto a linpeza era razoável, mas o espelho do banheiro estava sujo. Ele vador rápido e prático, porém sem dispenser de alcool em gel para higienização das maos apos tocar nos botões mesmo em epoca de PANDEMIA MUNDIAL.

Limpeza razoável para boa, mas a cama muito fraca, super pequena e travesseiros horríveis. Box banheiro para criança, muito pequeno, Televisão horrível, poucos canais , a maioria com chuviscos e um canal que eu mais assisto sumiu e não voltou e a Gerência nem bola. Primeira vez que pago estacionamento em Hotel, absurdo e caro.

A funcionário da recepção é antipático e não sabe lidar com os clientes. Banho do quarto estava com forte odor. Móveis dos quartos antigos, contratei um quarto com cama de casal e uma de criança, porém só tinha cama de casal. Café da manhã é ruim.

Péssima experiência

Nunca mais! Esta é a realidade. Desde o check-in até o check-out parecia que estávamos numa pardieiro. A recepção é pobre e mal atendida. O quarto, no terceiro andar, ficava defronte a um prédio em construção, com início dos trabalhos às 07:30 da manhã. Com o hotel praticamente vazio!!! O banheiro dava a impressão de não ver uma boa faxina há meses. Esperar a água quente é questão de muita paciência. A porta do banheiro lembrava aquelas de posto de gasolina de segunda classe, na beira da estrada: de material de baixa qualidade e se arrastando no piso. O café da manhã é péssimo e, ainda por cima, as toalhas nas mesas estavam manchadas (verifiquei em quatro mesas diferentes) e pareciam que não eram lavadas há algumas semanas. O fim da picada!!!

Ótimo custo-benefício

O hotel é um pouco antigo, mas nos atendeu perfeitamente. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e no almoço funciona um self-service com sobremesa de graça :) Há uma piscina bem grandinha, mas não a aproveitamos. Como nosso quarto era virado para a piscina, era muito silencioso. Da varanda dava até para ver uma pontinha do mar, imagino que nos quartos superiores dê para avistá-lo melhor. Apenas o chuveiro que precisava ser melhor regulado, ficando com a água bem quente. No geral, excelente custo-benefício!

Um Bom pra Ótimo

A minha estadia foi ótima o atendimento na Recepção deixa um pouco a desejar, pois tem alguns funcionários meio grossos, os funcionários do restaurante e do bar da piscina são muito atenciosos e simpáticos com um atendimento maravilhosos. O restaurante tem uma comidinha muito gostosa. Os quartos são bons e limpos, só tenho a reclamar do quarto a cama eram duas de solteiros juntas, isso não é legal.

O único senão foi que o quarto que fiquei era muito apertado, pois pelo que vi fiquei na área antiga do hotel, onde infeluzmente não consegui nem abrir a janela pois ficava no poço de luz. Mas as demais instalações, o café da manhã, muito bom que recomendaria para outras pessoas.
