Pedimos pra trocar de quarto ou solucionar o problema nada foi feito.O atendimento da proprietária deixou a desejar. Faltou cordialidade e uma postura mais profissional no trato com os hóspedes, o que acabou impactando negativamente a experiência na pousada. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, estava mal organizado, faltava colher para mexer o café, talher para comer...as porções eram pequenas para servir todo mundo na mesa e tinhamos que esperar a reposição ao sentar na mesa.
