"Excellent hotel, great location, great breakfast buffet, service here is not so great, i asked for an orange juice and the waitress told me the i had to serve it myself. Lol. Dont buy jewery at the hotel shops, way to expensive. Do it at the Gran Bazar. Concierge was great. Helped me a lot."

"Hotel in ottima posizione, personale gentile e disponibile e molto di aiuto per organizzare tour e attività. La struttura è gradevole anche se un po' datata, ma cosa normale essendo nel centro della città vecchia. Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi le maggiori attrazioni. In alcuni casi la manutenzione potrebbe essere un po' meglio ma cose di poco conto, anche se doveroso segnalarlo. Ottima SPA con personale competente."

"The property and staff was amazing, even when we didn't understand the "lighting" concept of the do not disturb, when I asked why house cleaning didn't come, they were so patient and immediately came to clean the room, for I was so appreciative. Room service and even security were amazing, so nice and patient. I would definitely begin my trip to Istanbul with this hotel again in the future, nothing compares even as we try different areas within Istanbul."
