What makes this boutique resort in Pachino so outstanding: First and foremost the staff (Ursula, Martina, Christopher, Giovanni, Ignazio, Elisabetta, Angela, Govanna, Concetta, Forensa, HAPPY and Enrica) are friendly, welcoming, genuine, attentive and provide outstanding service. "Het is een verzorgd kleinschalig complex. Ziet er goed onderhouden uit. Mensen zijn vriendelijk. Onze kamer was netjes. Airco koud toen we aankwamen; prettig met 42 graden buiten. Klein maar prima zwembad. Prima uitvalsbasis maar wel een auto nodig. Vonden wij geen probleem. Helaas ging de keuken stuk op de dag van onze aankomst. Men was niet in staat hier op een pragmatische manier mee om te gaan. Duurde 5 dagen. Toen we na verloop van tijd vroegen naar compensatie werd de ergernis alleen...

"Great location and views. Lovely property. Bed could be better. And breakfast service a bit rude taking away the food sharp at 10:00am while i was serving my breakfast. Basically did bot wait 10 seconds for me. Otherwise service was great and I would recommend highly for Noto stay. "

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und man hat sowohl vom Frühstückssaal und den Zimmern eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Stadt. Vom Hotel bis ins Stadtzentrum sind es wenige Meter bzw. Stufen. Parkplätze sind rundum das Hotel verfügbar. Das Frühstück beinhaltet alles was man für einen guten Start in den Tag benötigt. "

"Amazing hospitality from start to finish. The location is fantastic — close to Noto's main landmarks and restaurants, but tucked inside a quiet block so it never feels busy right outside the door. Both paid and non-paid parking are available just a few feet away, which made getting around so much easier.
