The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and it was defiantly service with a smile. Excellent value for money and we would certainly stay again when we revisit the area."

"Hotel nel centro di Passignano sul Trasimeno. L'hotel è a bordo lago e sul versante interno confina con la strada principale, il che rende le camere di quel lato più rumorose per via del traffico. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. L'hotel è dotato di un parcheggio gratuito attiguo alla struttura. Ottima colazione continentale."

"The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance downhill from Piazza Garibaldi (the entry to the main pedestrian zone of Cortona). However, parking is on-street nearby and arriving on a fine Saturday afternoon, it was challenging to find a space. I had to park in a paid space located a distance away for check-in, and only managed to find a free spot later when the day tourists had left. "Accueil sympathique, en français malgré mon épouse italienne, petit hôtel comme nous les aimons, chambre propre, spacieuse bien équipée, Wifi performant, belle vue sur la vallée embrumée en ce mois de décembre. Lieu calme, le service du petit déjeuner est excellent, un personnel dévoué à la clientèle, dommage que nous n’ayons pu le prendre en terrasse (température), un large choix pour le buffet ; et le tout dans une ambiance chaleureuse.
