"The breakfasts are anazing, the room is nice, but a weird shape. The view is great, especially at the sunny and a bit if clouds weather. The heating is AC, so it takes time to warm up te room, the water takes quite some time to heat (3-5 min of cold water before hot water arrives). The bad is a nice size, nut for my 1.9 meters it was barely enough if I use a small pillow. So beds must be 1.9-2m, yake it into account. Atllthough, it is wide wnough to fit me diagonally + my loved one."

"La Palma was amazing! We stayed 2 nights in Stresa and absolutely loved this place. The crown jewel was the rooftop pool with an amazing view, and though it was a bit too cold to use the beach club pool by the lake, I can imagine it's an amazing experience as well. Parking on site, breakfast included, and perfectly located within the town. Will definitely stay here again!"

The front desk person when we arrived was very disengaged and just gave us the key and told us are room was available and where to go with no other interaction, but later other clerks were helpful with maps and directions, breakfast hours and location, etc. Breakfast was good the first day when we were there when it started the second day we went an hour after opening and many items were empty . "The service was spectacular. Barbara attended to us personally. Breakfast included freshly brewed coffee with different types of bread with jam, butter, and hazelnut spread, as well as a plate of granola with yogurt—a wonderful way to start the day. The hotel is beautiful but there are one or two things that I would expect in a five star hotel namely - no mirror in the bedroom, no heating, the room was very chilly, the safe is far too small and the water wasn’t very hot. Nothing major was wrong but just a few niggles that shouldn’t have to be brought to the staff’s attention."
