"Not well kept. Poor signage. No help with luggage. Toilet was so low as a handicapped individual I had to use the shower to urinate and public washroom for the deed. Switched rooms three times. Then stuffed in a room at the very back of hotel. Would definitely not recommend to anyone."

"This is a basic hotel with very nice front of house staff. I spent only one night prior to my trip on the Eurotunnel, which was convenient. It was great that they are pet friendly."
