"I had an amazing stay at Hame Hotel on the Isle of Skye. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and well organized, making our stay very easy. The location is stunning and very central for exploring the island. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have a great common area with an honesty bar that is well stocked. "The staff could not have been more helpful. I had an issue with my booking (through the booking agent) and the lady at reception was so very professional and courteous and had it sorted in no time. You are an asset to the Dunollie Hotel at Broadford on Isle of Skye. My room was very clean and comfortable. The Bar Was well stocked and the service was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was A1. Thankyou to everyone .I could not recommend it highly enough"

"The staff at Kings Arms Hotel were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which was definitely the highlight of the experience. The breakfast was also decent and provided a good start to the day. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself was disappointing. The room showed significant wear and tear, with damaged blinds that did not properly block the light, making it difficult to sleep. There were signs of poor maintenance throughout the room and bathroom, including mold/mildew in shower corners, worn fixtures, and general cleanliness issues around baseboards and door frames. The overall property feels dated and in need of refurbishment. While the staff did their best and were pleasant to deal with, the condition of the facilities did not match what we expected. With some much-needed maintenance and updates, this could be a much better place to stay. Would I stay again? Probably not, unless substantial improvements are made."

"The only thing I did not like about this property is that my room had. I black out curtains. Which meant that every day I was woken up by the light at around 4:5-5 am. When the sun came up. One would think that the managers of this property would be sensitive to this since the sun comes up very early around 5 months per year. Otherwise good experience overall. The front desk was very helpful!"
