"Our room was very nice, we had the twin bed room so things were a little close but still not bad. The closet was small but worked well for us. The bathroom was very clean and nice with all the amenities we needed. There was tea/coffee maker in the room with several bottles of water. The service from the staff was excellent from the check in, maids and waiters. I will admit when I saw it was a distillery it piqued my interest thinking whiskey, nope it is a gin distillery. "Beautiful room, tremendous view, lots of little touches, e.g. binoculars on the window ledge, dressing gown and slippers, a dram left on the window ledge, a proper bottle of milk left in the fridge, a wee bottle of irn bru, energy bars….. and the list goes on! So very thoughtful. We had the opportunity to speak to both Peter and Nicola and they were genuinely interested in us having a great time, which we did. Must be one of the best guest houses in Scotland, and we’ve visited loads of them. Top...

"Lovely stay and enjoyed the spa facilities. We ate in the bar area as we had our dog and the staff were very welcoming. The Mull scallops were delicious as was the whisky and marmalade ice cream. Great dog walking area with interesting wood carvings on the route. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "
