"Lovely large rooms. Clean. Very comfy beds. Only downside heating in room wasn’t working. A need in the winter. Big shout out to the staff each and every one of them polite professional and can’t do enough for you. "

"Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located quite a distance out from Rothesay, in Ardbeg, but it is a pleasant half hour walk along the waterfront, weather-permitting"

I was disappointed to hear that they’re stopping food in the hotel as the food was good and it will only be continental breakfast although the pastries were lovely but when you go away a cooked breakfast is always good the next morning."

"We had an early ferry to Islay the next morning, and the staff were so thoughtful to prepare our breakfast ahead of time and leave it at the front desk. Great service and nice, comfortable room. The hotel is also very close to the ferry terminal — only about a 10-minute drive, which was very convenient."

"Rooms are spotless and location is spectacular. The food is superb, the scallops couldn't be better cooked and the freshness unmatched, due to them being landed 50 yards away. Throughout our stay, despite it seeming to be off-season in the area, we were expertly hosted by Mrs. Ryan's friendly and attentive staff at all times, whilst Chris the manager was always available with his extensive knowledge and experience to assure us we were looked after very well.
