"I called before booking to check if the jetted tub in the suit was available and working and was told it was so I booked it specifically for the tub. It in fact did not work so I paid an extra $80 for nothing. Very disappointed. "

"I love this hotel and I usually stay here because it’s close to my family when I come into town unfortunately when we checked in the pool was open, which is one of the main reasons why I stay there and the day that I went to take my grandkids swimming, the pool was closed when I talked to the staff they just said yeah it’s closed no explanation no nothing"

"We stayed for two nights. The first night there we had farm fresh eggs, a pear syrup and a package of pancake mix and granola in the fridge for our breakfast in the morning. That day we went and did some other activities and didn't get back until that night. When we got back, we didn't have a second breakfast waiting for us in the fridge for the next day. We left the following morning and found some place for breakfast. Everything was great except for that little piece, but it turned out fine. Thank you!"
