"Recent renovation was well done. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Perfect place for sleeping after spending the day exploring Black Canyon and Colorado Monument. Breakfast was exactly as promised. I would stay here again if we come back to the area."

"Fun place to stay. The door code didn't work, but there was someone in the office who reset the code. Could have been a problem if we had arrived after hours. The room was good. It was nice to sit outside by the river. I'd stay there again."

"The hotel was clean, but it does need renovated. Everything worked, however, and the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was basic but good. The location was great. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The room had a huge TV, which was much larger than most hotel rooms, so that was nice. I would stay there again. The price was $125 a night. I think it probably should have been about $90, considering the need for an update. Overall, it was good and I think other hotels in Montrose were much more expensive."

"The house was built of adobe by the owners and full of charm. The breakfast was amazing. But most of all the owners were very friendly and warm. We intend to visit again."

"My family and I had an amazing stay at Honey Rock Landing! This place is truly one of a kind. Staying in a cave and being able to look up at the stars made the entire experience feel incredibly unique and memorable. The farm-to-table cuisine was fantastic and made the stay even more special. We also loved having access to the boathouse and spending time paddle boarding on the pond. The natural-built swimming pool was another highlight—such a cool experience! Honey Rock Landing is so much more than just a place to stay. It’s an experience our family will remember for a long time. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway!"
