Firstly, Isla Holbox is a dreamy destination. Hotel Esencia did not detract from the experience. The convenience to the beach and easy walkability from the ferry dock and multiple restaurants were my favorite perks. It was a no special amenities stay. But, I still enjoyed my time very much.
