"Location is good but the hotel is bit outdated. "

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was clean & the staff were very kind when we wanted to add breakfast to one of our days. The food was really good & we found a close bar & café we enjoyed during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at Koko Hotel."

"Perfect location to the terminal, beautiful property, shopping, dining access all wonderful!"

"Clean pretty Well maintained"

"AMAZING STAY! Run by a very cute and welcoming family. They are the 6th generation to run a Ryokan here in this 300 year old building. They are excellent hosts. They serve delicious dinners and breakfasts. The dishes and bowls they use are pieces of art in themselves. The property is full of interesting and skilfully made antiques. "Nice place to stay if you’re in and around Shizuoka. Very close to evening fun and close to the station."

"We had a great stay. The hotel and room was perfect. Spacious and clean. I love that the housekeepers left a bag a fresh towels and amenities at the door even when we had a do not disturb sign. The location was perfect. Plenty of dining and shopping near by and train station just outside the hotel door. Would choose to stay here again next time I’m in Osaka."

"Great place for the price and as always excellent staff"

"Convenient for my stopover Very thoughtful staff Nice breakfast "

"Great value and great location."

"Clean hotel next to the station. The bed is uncomfortable tho"

"The staff were so incredibly nice! It rained while we were there and they would chase me to give me an umbrella which I thought was very sweet. The breakfast situation was a little weird. One day we had breakfast in the hotel which was buffet-style with tons of Japanese breads and curry buns. The next day's breakfast was at a nearby restaurant.
