"The best hotel we stayed in while visiting Japan for 3 weeks. Hotel staff are incredibly nice and helpful. We arrived early and they held our bags until check in so we could walk around. The hotel was very reasonably priced for an upscale hotel. The rooms were very clean and the location is perfect. It’s a short walk from the beautiful train station to sites, restaurants, shopping, etc. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if I’m ever back in the area. Kanazawa itself is a great destination. Thank you Hotel Nikko Kanazawa for a fabulous stay."

"We felt the location was great, central and easy to get around. It’s not in the hub of activity but that was perfect for us, a more mature couple. We loved the traditional Japanese influence of this hotel. Highly recommend a stay here. There are little restaurants close, and it’s not far to walk to the busier sections as well as Samurai and Geisha "
