We loved our stay here. It was walkable to the Chayo districts, Kanazawa Castle, and great shopping. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, it was always a pleasure to see and interact with them. The mineral hot spring and sauna were great features too, we used them every night of our stay.

The room was clean, and the staff was courteous. In my opinion, the carpeting could use some facelift and update within the room.: The staff was helpful and did speak a moderate amount of English. We enjoyed the hot mineral Raul spring right within the hotel that was an added perk. On the whole, it was relaxing, comfortable and very well located to restaurants and the market.

This hotel is really nice. The staff is super courteous and helpful. The property itself is very pretty. We stayed in a Japanese style room and it was perfect. If you get lucky enough to stay in a corner room you may even get your own little garden that your room opens up to. Beautiful. The downstairs baths are very nice too. Also it's centrally located so you can easily walk to Higashi Chaya District, Kanazawa Castle, and Nishi Chaya District. Would absolutely come back and recommend to others.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff was always most courteous and helpful. We chose the Eco-friendly cleaning and were given bonus money to spend in the gift shop or bar. I would highly recommend this to any traveler to Kanazawa.

The location was particularly excellent for our interests. Staff was great. Nice breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, our room was located such that some of the early morning food operations caused noise in the room.
