"This hotel is absolutely beautiful, I can’t recommend it enough. It’s a true luxury and the facilities are a dream. The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful. The in-house restaurant has a thoughtful and well-curated menu that highlights the chefs amazing skills. The nightly piano player was a very memorable highlight. Cheers!"
"Every aspect of the hotel was outstanding except the fine dining which was appalling. We had better food on the flight over. Some of the courses were genuinely inedible. This despite a restaurant with outstanding service ambience and wines. Mezzatorre seemed to not understand that their guests understand what quality meals should taste like and how they should be presented."

"It is the staff that truly makes this place magical. They were always helpful, friendly, and cheerful, going out of their way to help us with our requests. Our family has been coming to La Reginella for the past two years, and we were thrilled to recognize so many of the same faces - and even better, they remembered us, too! My wife had developed a genuine fondness for some of them and it was sad for us to leave.

"This was definitely not a 5 Star Hotel. The hotel is old and the room had a
strong musty smell. We brought this to the attention of the hotel staff who said
they would look into it. They managed to clean the room with a strong cleaning
solutions which helped with the smell, but by the end of the day the strong
musty smell was back. Definitely not a pleasant stay for the cost of the room."
