"This was such an enjoyable stay. The hotel is transitioning into a Marriot Bonvoy. I hope it doesn't change. The room was clean and well-designed. The breakfast was fantastic. "We thought the room and service was ideal. We had a decent view from the eighth floor (we prefer the higher floors). There was no hotel "scent" which was appreciated. It was a clean room that maybe had a slight whiff of fresh laundry which is ideal. The staff were gracious, accommodating, and helpful. The lobby felt high-end and "slozy" (sleek and cozy; a true accomplishment in design—often tough to successfully marry these disparate characteristics). "

"Check in was super easy, we had privacy the entire time but someone was always available to answer a question. Everything was really clean and the room was perfect for the two of us. The property was also in a very convenient spot if you plan on using public transportation, the subway was just around the block.
