"It was good "

"We prepaid to stay there last night and we drove over and tried to check in at 11:00. There is no parking at the hotel so you have to valet. The valet was so backed up that people were double parked and just leaving their cars with the keys in it. There must have been at least 10 cars waiting to valet. There was no where to park - we drove around the block a few times hoping to find a place to wait for the valet or a place to park on the street - none of which we found. We ended up just driving back to Houston after the concert and got home after 3:30 this morning. Such a waste - we paid for a room we couldn’t even use because of their parking situation. We got the room so we didn’t have to drive back and risk falling asleep - instead we wasted an hour trying to find parking, wasted the room $$ and still had to drive back to Houston. Very very disappointing and we are NOT happy."

"Maddy was awesome great customer service always helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience with her or any of the staff for that matter. I’ve stayed here about 20 to 30 days in the last two months for work and I am never disappointed."

"Love the location. It was close to lots of shops and eateries and airport. Staff took their time at front desk to check in but it was done quickly. Will likely stay here in future."

"Perfect low budget option for an overnight stay. The airport shuttle is included. Remember to call them to pick you up at the airport. Once in the inn, you can choose a time for the shuttle to take you back to the airport the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed (towels, soap, shampoo, tissues, toilet paper, hangers, hot water, a working AC, and a comfy bed). Didn't see any bedbugs. The spring box cover was stained. Likewise, the towels and bedsheets had some small remaining makeup stains (I assume a result of bulk laundry). Overall, it met our expectations."
