"The room was very clean and decently spacious. However, I wished they were more flexible with check in and check out. We had to pay a 5000 yen surcharge to check in early even though the room was available. Additionally, although we stayed seven days, we were still not allowed a late check out without paying. Despite this, we had an overall good experience. It was very quiet and the bathroom was very nice with a full bidet. The staff were polite and respectful and helped us navigate the subway....

"A little far from the centre but very clean and enjoyable. Nearest Metro station is about a 12 minute walk. Hospital nearby. Family Mart and some good restaurants around as well. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Located in a quiet, safe and comfortable area. Would stay agai "

"It is good for family and the location. The only thing that difficult is they are from 9 am to 6 only and its difficult when you want tp request somthing. But for the price it is good already"

"Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common."

"1 train stop away from everything you need - or a 15-20min walk! Wouldn't have been ideal if you're heading in and out a lot but we were out one in the morning and back at night and it was great. "

"The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at."

"マンションを何部屋かホテルとして借り上げたかんじです。地下鉄駅目の前で道路に面しており車の騒音がダイレクト。階段しかなく、喋りながら階段を上がる他の部屋の客の声が室内に丸聞こえでうるさかった。トイレとシャワーは同じ風呂場にあり、仕切りや高低差なし。シャワー浴びる際は濡らさないようトイレットペーパーを外しておかないといけない。風呂場がとにかく臭い。風呂場用スリッパはキッチンのシンク下に入っていた。部屋は臭くない。トイレットペーパーの替えはなし。使い捨て歯ブラシと個包装のコットン&綿棒は机に沢山置いてあった。"

"Nice quiet neighborhood. Dining close by. Train stations about 10-15 minute walks depending on which one you’re going to. Walking to the main area of Shinjuku took about 20-25 minutes at a leisurely pace. Small washing machine, but only air drys by spinning. Took some time to dry clothing. Walls are thin as we could the guests next to us, and above us. Room and bathroom were clean. There are two toilets. Shower needed a scrub down. Mini refrigerator kept out drinks cold. We didn’t...

Short Vacation

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."
