"The room was clean and breakfast was great. I had issues at check in and that really put a damper on my stay. It took over 20-30 minutes to check in. My room accidently got checked in by someone else and resulted in me having no booking but still paying for a room. After a half hour the hotel front desk lady discovered the mistake she made and got me a new room. "

"I was impressed with the great breakfasts and that my room was cleaned with my bed remade, towels refreshed, and garbages emptied. I can't remember the last time I've stayed somewhere when my room was cleaned during my stay. It was great! "

"We were there for my son’s birthday, had everyone upset because it was terribly cold to go swimming. Had to pull my 6 year old out of pool twice so I could take him to shower for warm water because his lips and around lips were blue from being so cold in the pool. Asked to see if they could warm pool area and we don’t know if he tried but it was freezing the entire time. Went and bought a thermometer to check temp- 62 degrees. Also pool closed at 9pm on a Friday night so kids were upset about that as well. Terrible experience. "
