"Beautiful old building with modern updates. Our room was terrific, the staff was wonderful, and the location cannot be beat if you want to be in the center of the old town."

"We very much appreciated the staff that arranged a tour for us and was very prompt in responding to my emails before we arrived. Breakfast was fine and abundant. The location is within easy walking distance to the main sights. Like many hotels, a minimalist decor and amenities is evident. A painting here or there and more small towels and somehow more counter space in the bathroom would be nice. Also cleaning staff was excellent."

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff, wonderful. We enjoyed the area and the fact that the hotel was close to everything that we wanted to see in the area. "

"The room is roomy and clean. The hotel has several private parking spaces, however street parking is available too. The staff was helpful in resolving a door code issue over the phone. Although the hotel is slightly further away from the acropolis, but it is manageable by walking. Definitely it would not be an issue if you have a car as free public parking is available just outside of the castle walls. What we like most about its location is that a nice supermarket is only 750 meters away."

"Lato positivo: arredamento nuovo e moderno, letto con materasso e cuscini eccellenti
Lato negativo: è un appartamento, non un hotel . Al posto delle chiavi si utilizzano dei codici e manca il personale in sede.
Il parcheggio auto è piccolo e le manovre risultano rischiose.
Dal primo piano il lago non si vede"
"The property is excellent, beautifully designed, recently renovated, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.
There were a few minor issues that didn’t have much of an impact on our stay. There wasn’t an iron in the room, but one was brought to us right away when we asked. Unfortunately, it leaked water due to a broken part. We also noticed a few ants in two areas of the room from time to time, but it wasn’t a major issue. The air conditioning could have been colder, and the thermostat didn’t seem to display the correct temperature, although it was still comfortable enough for our family.
The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and the dining area was spacious and inviting. The hotel has a charming boutique feel, and staying within the castle walls made for a unique experience. The location is also excellent.
One thing to keep in mind is that driving and parking inside the castle can be a bit challenging due to the narrow streets, so it’s worth considering if you’re arriving by car.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this property."
"We were absolutely blown away from the moment we arrived. Parking at the hotel was easy, and we received the warmest of welcomes from Eleni. We travel extensively and stay in hotels all over the world, and I can honestly say her hospitality is among the very best we've experienced.
Nothing was too much trouble. She checked us in, showed us a choice of rooms, helped with our bags, recommended where to park for free in town when we went out for dinner (a huge relief after a long day of travelling), and suggested some fantastic local restaurants. We chose one of her recommendations and enjoyed one of the best meals of our trip in a beautiful setting.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We only found the area by chance while breaking up our road trip, but we wish we could have stayed longer.
Breakfast the next morning was excellent, with a wide range of fresh and interesting dishes. The gentleman on reception at breakfast and check-out was also incredibly friendly and welcoming.
We genuinely cannot fault our stay. The outstanding staff and wonderful hospitality made this a memorable experience, and we will definitely return. Highly recommended!"
"Wonderful location, the breakfast and parking was great. Thank goodness for AC during the heat wave. Great hotel for the money and how old a building it was"
"Property is clean but it needs some maintenance specially with the linens and towels. The smell from the bathroom sewer is a little uncomfortable. But it was ok. Food from the hotel is amazing though. Cudos to the chef."
"5 Stars – Exceptional Service, We'll Definitely Return!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and the service truly stood out from start to finish. My wife and I arrived on separate late flights, and things got off to a rough start when she fell on the aircraft stairs. Despite the chaos of our arrival, the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful — they immediately sent up ice for her without even being asked, and helped carry our bags to the room.
I didn't check in until after 3am, and the team still arranged a late checkout for us the next day so we could get some proper rest. When we ended up sleeping through breakfast, reception went above and beyond and put together a takeaway breakfast box for us — filled with delicious homemade pastries.
Every interaction with the staff felt genuinely caring, not just professional. It's rare to find a hotel that goes so far out of its way to look after guests. Highly recommend, and we'll absolutely be back"
