"Best staff in the world. Best breakfast in the world. Amazing views in a 360 degree circumference. I’ve traveled a lot and for a premium hotel experience there is no place I’d rather go than the Kempinski In Berchtesgaden. Be nice to the staff and you will be rewarded. I’ve been here a few times and will be going back for a longer stay next time. Only hotel in the world that my wife and I don’t want to leave. "

"The hotel is in a great location opposite the Mirabell Gardens and superb public transport is outside too with a direct service to and from the airport (bus no 2). The reception and breakfast staff are amazing and the Gluewien in the cafe is the best in Salzburg- we did extensive testing! The breakfast set us up for the day and was very good. "Staff is very friendly and accommodating. A very nice boutique hotel with great access to the old town. As expected with this type of hotels, there is no onsite parking, but fortunately, the parking garage is just across the street (literally 1 minute walk). Because the bar was closed on Sunday, received beverage credit on Monday breakfast for a premium order (got egg benedict). Overally, really liked the stay and would repeat. "

"This is a good hotel, especially for the price. It’s a 10 minute walk from central station, 5 minute walk to Mirabelle Gardens, 15-20 minute walk to Old town. There are taxis & Uber readily available if you don’t want to walk. The staff is nice. Rooms are great, especially for European standards. It was huge, clean, comfortable! The breakfast was good & dinner at the restaurant is delicious. Highly recommend this hotel. "
