"Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half...

"Pros: Good location, nice neighborhood. Good price. Room configuration and lighting good. Room AC quiet. Sofa bed good sized and reasonably comfortable. Well equipped kitchenette. Nice breakfast. Lobby common areas nice. Staff friendly. Waived our parking fee ($29! - really??) Cons: This is a Hyatt? Facilities clearly not maintained at typical Hyatt standards. Pool area blah. Guest room corridors blah. Room kitchen floor sticky - didn’t take off my shoes on carpet areas!"
