Lobby common areas nice. Staff friendly. Waived our parking fee ($29! - really??) Cons: This is a Hyatt? Facilities clearly not maintained at typical Hyatt standards. Pool area blah. Guest room corridors blah. Room kitchen floor sticky - didn’t take off my shoes on carpet areas!"

"We had an exceptional stay at The Graduate at SMU. The hotel is decor is adorable and every staff member we had contact with was kind and courteous. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting campus. Very convenient."

"The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful."

"Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half...
