"We stayed for 5 night and booked 6 rooms , I just want to complain about one staff manager on duty who was very unprofessional and rude !!
On my second night I misplaced my room key and asked for replacement. For security reasons he asked my identity which I provided. Apparently I was given the key for a room that was assigned to my friend who was with me at that time!
The duty manager kept insisting that I have to give him the room number and refused to look into the bookings and find my name !!
And later he gave me the key of the room that was my friend’s room and gave keys to the room that my friend was staying!
That in itself was a security breach!!
Later however when Mr Fisher left his deputy was very helpful and sorted out the problem in 2 minutes!!!!
But I have nothing but praise for other staff members!!
Apart from this incident everything was good and we enjoyed our stay"
