"Easy parking, good location, clean room, friendly front desk clerk. Bed was a little lumpy. Rolled to the center. Overall a good place for a short term stay."

"My favorite part of the stay was their excellent breakfast buffet including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, pastries, bagels (even with lox, capers and red onions) plus a waffle maker, cereals, oatmeal, fruits, yogurt, etc. It was a true breakfast buffet! Besides that, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms quiet (except the air conditioner was a bit noisy), the parking free and access and the grounds were well kept."

"One of the best resorts in the Northeast region pet-friendly with breathtaking views and plenty of activities for the whole family. Great for kids, with attractions like the zoo, kids’ park, indoor swimming pool, arcade games, and both indoor and outdoor dining options. The Skyline Buffet is excellent, and the Lakeview Cantina is a must-visit with live music, outdoor seating, and cozy fireplaces overlooking the lake. The rooms may have a traditional style, but they are clean, comfortable, and comparatively spacious. Most rooms also come with a deck offering beautiful mountain views. Overall, it’s a perfect getaway destination for families with toddlers and pets."

"Clean room, nice pool area and hot tub and the view. The shower was hot with a good pressure. So my husband likes IPA beers. The event we attebded at the hotel did not have any so since we were staying we called to see what time the bar closed. The front desk staff said 1 am. We went down to the bar. He got his believed IPA beers. However, staff kicked guests out at midnight. That was disappointing. Other than that, we have no complaints."

"Considering age of the hotel, the room was pretty clean (I had a kitchen suite). The property is just older- the parking lot entry could stand to be repaved for sure. I didn’t get breakfast, but did try to get coffee. The coffee was empty, and when I asked the front desk about it she was visibly annoyed and told me to check with the breakfast attendant. There was no attendant avaiable (I waited several minutes). My biggest complaint is noise. The fellow next door started playing music at 630 am and it sounded like he was in the room with me! Same for when he would cook or talk on the phone. I could hear the conversations of the people across the hall plain as day. So just be aware in the kitchen suites that your neighbors hear everything. The location was perfect for our purposes."
