"My biggest concern was the room opened to the outside world. There were no interior rooms available. I was most uneasy over that. The room overall was acceptable although the bathroom was extremely small. And there were water stains on the ceiling which were concerning. However, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful--especially the two ladies assisting with the breakfast buffet. They were quietly efficient and most helpful The location was perfect...

"This is a good place to stay although not a great value (pricey for the accommodations). Rooms are clean. Basic free breakfast. Need to clean-up around the front entrance; a lot of trash build-up. "

The most insulting staff who has no manner yell and double charge my credit card , invade my room many times without my permission . I m. A physician who works at the hospital JFK right next to the hotel and this nasty assistent manger attacked me twice claiming i owe them when she double charged me and over charged me . I need my money back "

"The room and bathroom was very clean. Air conditioning worked well. Mattress was not very firm. Breakfast choices were great as it was cook to order. My only complaint was being awakened at 5:30 am by someone dropping heavy weights in the workout room. That room should (1) be on the ground floor and (2) away from sleeping rooms or not open 24 hrs. "
