"We stayed in the Cottage which was very nice, well appointed, clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We originally booked a standard room which is not in the original 1888 building but when we were shown the Cottage which is part of the original we upgraded and very happy we did."

"There was black mold in the showers and around the toilets. As you walk down the halls, you could just see stucco where people have punched holes in the wall stay away from this place."
