The problem is the room smelled like smoke and I have asma and sleep apnea so all this dirty air is going thru my machine . So all my equipment is gonna have to be changed . It was a busy race weekend so no other rooms for me to change . So basically three days of this . Next locked in the bathroom the door handle didn’t work . Went to turn on show and the know was held on by a 6 inch bolt that could barely turn . No help from staff . The list goes on"

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the conditions were completely unacceptable. From the moment I checked in, there were live bugs on the walls and dead bugs all over the floor. This alone should have been a red flag, but the situation got worse. On the final night, I discovered bedbugs in the room. At that point, it became clear that this was not just a minor cleanliness issue but a serious sanitation problem. Staying in that environment was extremely uncomfortable, and I now have concerns about contamination of my belongings. This is not something any guest should have to deal with, especially over multiple nights. I reported everything at checkout and am pursuing a full refund. I strongly caution anyone considering staying here. Until these issues are properly addressed, this property should not be hosting guests."
