"The hotel was completing a renovation. The night clerk was set up at a table with the makeshift computer station and it was very difficult, but they were able to take care of all of our needs and happily. "

"Undergoing some updating which is needed. Breakfast was subpar, but mainly because there were so few guest due to renovations happening. Had there been more guest staying there They would’ve had better service, attendance and quality of food. But that all being said, I would stay there again with no problem."

"Hotel seems new and the staff was friendly. It’s in the same parking lot as a bunch of stores and it seems to be in a good area. "

"Our stay was great! Check in was super easy. Rooms are spacious and were very clean. Breakfast is too expensive though; not a great value for the offerings."

"Property was centrally located in the downtown area of Fairbanks, restaurants were walkable. Hotel was clean. AC didn’t work as well as we would have wanted but who would have thought you would need ac in Alaska. Didn’t realize the homeless population was that bad, but they did a good job of keeping them out of the hotel. "
