"The room was basic and functional . The real problem we faced was there was zero connectivity from the room Neither cellular , nor WiFi . Check-in was not any problem but would help if the person at the reception is a bit more warm and receptive towards the guests . "

"Right at the foot of the entrance to the national park! Beautiful location and duplex cabin! We had a private bathroom with shower. Very comfortable beds. Delicious food on the property- such a nice place to stay! Would definitely recommend."

"Nice room. Restaurant had a good selection of items for dinner. I had the meat loaf and a Caesar salad, both very good. Excellent breakfast buffet: eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, reindeer sausage, French toast among other items. Very good service. Would stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at Talkeetna. The room is big enough and the beds comfy and large. The shower is, unusual for Alaska, not fixed at the top so you can take it down which is a plus. The centre is just a 10 minute walk through the forest and the place perfect to explore the surroundings. The owner‘s family who are originally Swiss are lovely."
