"The hotel is well located- super accessible and the staff is friendly. My major beefs were with the cleanliness of the room and noise. I don’t understand how, with a handheld shower head, there can be someone’s hair on the wall. And even worse, how after another cleaning, that same hair can still be there. Being thorough is a lost art. The noise issues were strange because they weren’t the expected city sounds- it kept sounding like something large was breaking or falling throughout the night....

"This is def not a 4-star hotel; it’s a 3 star hotel. Very good location if you want to be on the East Side a close to subway. It was ok when it came to cleanliness. Both sheets and towels felt soiled and had a strong bad perfume smell, same as the room, trying to mask the overall musty smell. No premium channels except HBO. Most girls in the front were super friendly and helpful, for the exception of Giuliana who was always rude and had an bad attitude."

"Loved the cleanliness and the city views from up high were very good. Location excellent. The only downside is that it didn’t really feel like a hotel. It had a small bar, restaurant etc but no real feeling of a ‘centre’. Wasn’t a problem for us, but if you want somewhere with a bit more soul then look elsewhere"

"Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile gebucht. Die Küche war mit zwei Kochplatten, einem Kühlschrank, einer Mikrowelle und ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Es war mit bodentiefen Fenstern ausgestattet, sodass man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Lexington Avenue und den Times Square in der Ferne hatte. Das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da unser Rückflug erst am späten Abend ging,...

"Pros: Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The public spaces downstairs are public, noisy and always full of people. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach the room because of the crowd at the hotel's main entrance."
