Most impressed with the service, my husband contacted the hotel before we checked in to inform we were celebrating our wedding anniversary during the stay and we had a pleasant surprise when they sent up a bottle of wine and a dessert with a card. We had to extend our stay due to the typhoon and we really appreciated Staff Aki from the front desk. He personally accompanied us to the room on the first day and one of the days when there was limited...

"We had the best experience at this hotel. The customer service was out of this world. We arrived in Hong Kong at 6am from an overnight flight, we knew the room was not ready but they allowed us to use the facilities to shower and freshen up. There was a slight delay with our room being ready, they more than made up for the inconvenience. Take advantage of The Mandarin Club they offer. Breakfast and Afternoon Tea is amazing. Very friendly and attentive staff. "
