"Hotel am Mirabellplatz Our four-night stay at this hotel for my birthday trip was wonderful. We had a large, comfortable, and quiet room, which suited our needs perfectly. We were able to walk to all places we sought to explore in Salzburg, and there were plenty of satisfying restaurants nearby. The staff was consistently pleasant and helpful, This is a wonderful hotel located in the heart of the beautiful city of Salzburg close to all the main attractions, and very convenient for the very good transport links. It may not be a modern hotel but it caters for everything. The breakfast is amazing lots of choice and great food and the restaurant staff were so lovely and pleasant and offered us a brilliant service. The reception staff were fantastic from the time we arrived to the time we left. We arrived early and they had our room ready. They gave us a lot of information regarding attractions location bus stops and booked our excursions and advised has to get a Salzburg travel car which saved us a lot of money. We were so grateful for all their help. The staff in this hotel are all very pleasant and lovely and I can say they were by far the best we have seen .. all very amazing , helpful. And provided an Excellent service Will definitely stay here again when visiting Salzburg. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay and trip memorable "

"We loved every bit of our stay. Hotel was wonderful, clean and close to everything we wanted to see. It also has a very unique theme throughout the entire facility. Restaurant was exceptional and the breakfast buffet is the best we’ve had anywhere. Friendly and very courteous staff. "

"We had an excellent stay at the Hyperion Salzburg. The location was great, right across the street from the Mirabelle Gardens. It was an easy walk to the Alstatdt part of Salzburg. Here is what set this hotel apart for us: Refreshing (and changing) beverage each day in the lobby along with chocolate truffles. It was so lovely to look forward to those little treats every day after a long day of sightseeing. In our room category which was a junior suite, we had access to the executive lounge (small quibble here, we were not informed of that when we checked in so we missed out on two days of lounge access until I read our original confirmation email detailing the amenities! BOO!) The lounge allowed us to have a light breakfast and coffee free of charge in the mornings and had snacks and drinks throughout the day. Our room was HUGE and we enjoyed having so much room to move around in. I also like that the toilet was in a separate room from the shower and sink. All in all we had a lovely stay and would recommend the Hyperion to anyone visiting Salzburg."

"Checkin was a breeze. There was a bus of tourists checking in and I was concerned I’d be waiting an hour to check in behind them but I got waived right to the front as they were being checked in as a single group, which I greatly appreciated. Room was very nice and very clean. The room is absolutely sound proof. We chose to sleep with the window open and still could barely hear anything. Parking is included with your stay and the instructions were very clear. The singular downside was the shower. The shower head holder was loose and rusted so the shower head couldn’t stand upright, and when you tried to adjust the overall height, the whole thing would come apart. The water temperature also changed rapidly from ice cold to boiling lava hot as well. Even having had this happen however I absolutely would stay at the hotel again."
