Very clean and fantastic location with views to die for. Great breakfast included. Incredibly helpful staff including one cleaning woman who found our daughter's teddy bear and saved the say by acting quickly to have desk clerk run out of the hotel to catch us.

Blackhome Innsbruck City Centre
The hotel was in a good location and the room was clean. The main concern we had was the absence of communication. There are no staff at the hotel and communication is via a phone.
